How to Use the Zepbound KwikPen (Setup + Injection)

How to use the Zepbound KwikPen: attach a new needle, prime, dial the weekly dose, inject, hold, and dispose. Real setup and injection demo.

This demo was filmed to help those on the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge Program or those just getting started on GLP-1 meds using a KwikPen

This is not medical advice. Follow the Instructions for Use in your carton and what your prescriber or pharmacist told you. Zepbound (tirzepatide) is a prescription medicine. Do not share your pen. When the four weekly doses are done, discard the pen, including any leftover.

• What’s in the KwikPen box vs. the single-use pen
• The dose window and the red seal
• Attach a 32-gauge pen needle (outer cap and inner cap)
• Prime until you see medicine
• Dial to 1 — watch the window, don’t count clicks for the dose
• Clean the site, inject, hold, confirm the window is back at 0
• Recap and put the needle in a sharps container
